1. Order Processing
a. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday), excluding holidays.
- If an item is on backorder, we will notify you of the estimated processing time.
b. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. We will notify you again once your order has shipped, including a tracking number for your shipment.
2. Shipping Options
Ray Volta offers the following shipping options for domestic and international orders:
a. Domestic Shipping (within the USA)
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: Delivery by the next business day if the order is placed before 12 PM.
b. International Shipping
We do not ship internationally.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, the size and weight of the package, and the selected shipping method. You can view the shipping rate for your order during checkout before completing your purchase.
a. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $600.
b. International Shipping Fees
At the moment, we do not offer international shipping.
4. Delivery Timeframes
While we aim to meet delivery estimates, please note that actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as:
- Weather conditions
- High demand periods (e.g., holidays)
- Customs clearance for international shipments
Ray Volta is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier’s website for real-time updates.
a. Tracking Your Order
- Domestic orders are shipped with tracking information provided via our shipping partners (UPS).
- International orders include tracking information whenever possible, although some international carriers may offer limited tracking.
6. Shipping Restrictions
a. P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address to avoid delays in processing your order.
b. International Shipping Restrictions
At the moment, we do not offer international shipping.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
a. Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe and tracking information is not available, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
b. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damage, including images of the product and the packaging, so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Orders)
At the moment, we do not offer international shipping.

Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Please note that certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Custom or personalized items
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Approval: Once we approve your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item.
- Shipping: Pack the item securely, including all original packaging, and attach the provided return shipping label to the package.
3. Return Shipping
a. Domestic Returns
- We provide free return shipping for domestic orders within the USA for eligible items.
b. International Returns
- For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Ray Volta is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your returned item.
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.
Note: Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable. If you received a free shipping promotion at the time of purchase, a standard shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product or size, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund.
